Kristi Head is a Los Angeles–based painter whose oil works weave together elements of representation, surrealism, and abstraction. Her imagery, ranging from lush flora to dreamlike landscapes and feminine figures, creates magical, escapist worlds that move between whimsy and reflection.
Her practice extends to murals, commercial design, fabric dyeing, and wearable art, often sparked by her own photography. Trained in classical techniques and holding a BA in Fine Arts and Art History from Boston University, Kristi has been featured in Domino and Surface magazines.
