Sydney Croskery is a Los Angeles–based artist whose paintings combine action painting with written reflections, connecting personal experience to political, emotional, and often humorous aspects of contemporary life. Her work creates a visual record of the complexity of our time.
She has presented her work in solo shows at The Bakersfield Museum of Art, Craig Krull Gallery, and boxoProjects, and participated in group exhibitions at Over the Influence and The Indianapolis Museum of Art. Croskery has also presented performance works at the Getty Museum and Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, and was awarded the Pollock-Krasner Grant in 2018.
